1. P&L by Month – all classes
Drop the QBO P&L by Month – all classes .xlsx
or
QBO Profit and Loss, monthly columns, expanded to every GL account, no class filter. Canonical row set and the figures reconciliation ties to. Can span multiple years.
2. Balance Sheet
Drop the QBO Balance Sheet .xlsx
or
QBO Balance Sheet with a month-end column per period. Must balance – Total Assets = Total Liabilities & Equity – for every period.
3. Forecast
Drop the financial model Forecast .xlsx

Optional. The financial model workbook. The parser finds the QBO Account header and reads the columns the model marks Forecast. Enables the Full Year view; leave empty and forecast columns render blank.
Class files – optional
Recent closesOne by-month P&L per QBO class, each filtered to that class in QBO. Anything the class files don’t cover is reported as Unclassified & other, so the split always foots to the total. Optional – an entity that doesn’t use classes can be uploaded without any.
